Meaning of Teamwork
I have been playing soccer for so many years. Last week we really had a good time. Maybe is that the people i had been playing with have been playing together for so long that we subconsciously gelled as a unit. Everybody has been doing their part in defending and attacking. It's been a very long time since I had such happy time we even shared a few jokes and doing stupid tricks. The guys took losing as a team and not blaming each other whenever a goal is conceded.
Enough of technical stuff, what i was trying to say is that it really take some time to build a team and friendship and when it is matured. This team can really overcome all sorts of difficulty, and working as a team involves everybody working together and distribute the load. Take for example, 100% of work is divded btw 5 pple each of them takes 20% and when suddenly one person decides that his share is too tough and stop working his share of 20% is shared among the rest of the four making 25% each. and everybody's will be cursing and swearing.. I have met too many of that 1 person along the way already hai.. and this type of people happens to have those good results type HAI!! Whatever.. high IQ but low EQ perhaps..
Why am i talking about this?hmm...
